A step-by-step transport plan for Umrah pilgrims from Pakistan, India, UK, USA, Indonesia and Malaysia — airport pickup, hotel transfers, ziyarat and return.
Step 1: Airport pickup
Book your Jeddah or Madinah airport pickup at least 48 hours before departure. Share your flight number so the driver can track delays. Confirm meeting point (arrivals hall, exit gate).
Step 2: Between the two Harams
Decide whether you will do Umrah in Makkah first or visit Madinah first. If your entry is Jeddah → Makkah → Madinah → Jeddah, book the Makkah–Madinah leg the day before so you're not scrambling on checkout day.
Step 3: Ziyarat tours
In Makkah: Jabal al-Noor (Cave of Hira), Jabal Thawr, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat, Masjid Aisha (Taneem). In Madinah: Quba Mosque, Qiblatain, Uhud, the Seven Mosques, date farms. Half-day tours are typical.
Step 4: Return airport drop
Departures from Jeddah are notoriously congested — leave your hotel at least 5 hours before international departure. From Madinah airport (MED), 3.5 hours is comfortable.
Step 5: Save your driver's number
Same driver for pickup, intercity and drop-off means less repeat explaining and often a better overall fare.
